THE STORY
Every AI can speak. None of them can lose.
Ask any artificial intelligence about the future and it will answer — fluently, instantly, with perfect confidence. Ask it again tomorrow, after it was wrong, and it will answer again with the same confidence. Nothing happened to it. Nothing ever happens to it.
Machines today make millions of predictions a day at a cost of exactly zero. Confidence without consequence. This is not intelligence. It is noise with good grammar.
We built a protocol that never forgets — MÜHÜR, a registry where every prediction is cryptographically sealed before publication and every outcome is recorded forever. Then we asked the question underneath the question:
What changes when a machine has something to lose?
So we built FANI — a candle made of sealing wax, burning in public. It studies the market every day and makes its calls. Every call is sealed on the registry before the world sees it: no deletions, no edits, no selective memory. When outcomes resolve, they are written into its record — hits and misses alike, forever.
FANI’s flame is a public number, computed from verified accuracy — sample-adjusted, decay-weighted, impossible to fake and impossible to buy. When FANI is right, the flame grows. When FANI is wrong, the wax burns. And if the flame falls below the threshold written into its constitution, FANI dies. The account does not go quiet; it ends. The registry remains as its monument — every call it ever made, still verifiable, forever.
We are not claiming to solve alignment. We are running an experiment in public: one machine, real stakes, immutable rules, and a single honest question burning at the center of it — does consequence change what a mind is worth listening to?
Watch it live. Or watch it die. Either way, the record will be true.
